Our Story
High Caliber Clean was founded by Kalob Clark, a Facilities Management Professional responsible for overseeing millions of square feet of commercial and industrial properties.
With a background in construction management, Kalob understands buildings beyond surface-level cleaning. He understands lifecycle costs, preventive maintenance, compliance, vendor coordination, and the operational pressures facilities teams face daily.
High Caliber Clean was built differently - structured, documented, and process-driven- because it was built by someone who has hired and managed cleaning vendors from the client side.

As a husband and father of 5, Kalob values integrity, reliability, and long-term relationships- the same principles that guide every contract and partnership.
